Do you believe that you own the most successful cross-border e-commerce company? Then you should register for the 2015 Cross-border E-commerce Award, which is presented by Thuiswinkel.org, the Dutch association for businesses that sell products and services to consumers (B2C) online. In 2014, Yoursurprise.com won this award for the Dutch company that is most distinctive and successful. Are you ready to take over this title?
New e-commerce contacts
Last year, Yoursurprise.com won the Cross-border E-commerce Award. “We decided to register for this award because it fits in perfectly with our objective for the next few years: becoming a top 3 player in the European gift market, with extremely satisfied customers. Winning the Cross-border E-commerce Award provided us with media attention and new contacts within the e-commerce industry.”
Assessment by expert jury
An expert jury will select the winner of the Cross-border E-commerce Award. This year, the jury will be presided by a new chairman: VODW Digital’s Eduard de Wilde. When assessing the participants, the expert jury will mainly focus on the online shop’s culture match with the country in which it operates. In addition, a powerful and self-created mission, vision, strategy and entrepreneurship are important.
European E-commerce Pure Player Award
Registering for the Cross-border E-commerce Award does not only give you the chance to become the best cross-border online shop of the Netherlands, but of Europe as well. The winner of the Cross-border E-commerce Award will be nominated by the foundation to be included on European E-commerce Pure Player Award’s long list. This award will be presented during the Global Ecommerce Summit in Barcelona, which takes place from June 8 to June 10, 2015.
