The Working Committees on E-Payments and on E-Regulations both met in September in Brussels in order to determine Ecommerce Europe’s position towards the EU’s policy on e-commerce.
The Working Committee on E-Payments met for the first time and agreed on 10 strong recommendations for the EU and member states as laid down in a new position paper.
The position paper on E-Regulations – focusing on Data Protection, ADR and ODR, the Common European Sales Law and the General Ecommerce Communication – was agreed upon in August.
The E-Payments position paper is available here.
The E-Regulations position paper is availble here.
